- 150 ml vinegar
- 20 grams chillies
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black peppercorns
In a clean jar or bottle, put the chillies, garlic, salt and peppercorns and pour vinegar vinegar to cover all the spices. .
Put the lid on and shake vigorously. Let sit at room temperature in a dark place for a week before use or longer to let the flavors meld.
