GINGER SCALLION SAUCE

Quick and easy simple ginger and scallion sauce recipe. Ready in 10 minutes to serve over chicken rice, steamed fish, roast pork, tofu, eggs, noodles, stir-fries and a bowl of plain rice.

- 2 tbsps scallion spring onion or green onion, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 5 tbsps neutral oil
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil toasted
Mince the white part of the scallion.
Peel and mince the ginger.
Heat pan on high and add oil.
Add the minced ginger and cook for 15 seconds.
Add the minced scallion and cook for 15 to 20 seconds.
Turn the heat off. Pour the ginger and scallion in a bowl.
Season with salt and sesame oil. Serve and enjoy.
