Instructions
Lay or arrange the fish fillets skin side down on a pan followed by the onion and ginger and pepper.
Add the salt and pepper and the chilli pepper.
Pour the vinegar and water.
Turn the heat to medium and let it come to a boil.
When it comes to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes and check if the fish is cooked.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with rice.
