CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE

- 3/4 cup water
- 50 grams carrots diced
- 50 grams peas
- 1 spring onion white part
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water
- 100 grams roast chicken torn to desired pieces
- 3 tbsp creme fraiche substitute with double cream or sour cream
- pinch salt
- dash pepper
- parsley chopped (optional)
Boil diced carrots in a cup of water.
Add the peas and onion.
Slowly pour the water and flour slurry.
Add the chicken.
Add the creme fraiche.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle chopped parsley. Serve.
