EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE RICE COOKER RECIPE
This is a moist, chocolatey, light sponge cake in every bite. Ridiculously easy to make chocolate cake recipe for afternoon tea.

- 200 grams utter, softened
- 200 grams caster sugar
- 200 grams eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 grams self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tsp coffee
Grease and flour the rice cooker's bowl (unless it is non-stick).
Sift the dry ingredients.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients in the mix.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Pour mixture into the rice cooker bowl.
Press cook on your rice cooker.
Test your cake with a skewer to see if it is cooked.
Turn out onto a cooling rack to cool and serve with fruit, ice the cake.
